3D Model and Visualisation

Rendering a 3D printed model of a plant, integrating data from the waybills into the model. This linkage provides a tangible, visual representation of the project’s logistics, further enhancing the tribunal’s understanding of the case details. The final 3D printed model is then shipped to serve as a critical tool in arbitration processes.

FSA recognises that some projects are located in remote or dangerous areas, making travel difficult. To overcome these challenges, we produce 3D videos of the projects and present them to the tribunal. This allows the legal team to visually conceptualise issues and gain a clearer understanding of how the legal framework can best be applied to the case. We believe a picture speaks a thousand words.

Our design team has transformed detailed delay analyses into visual narratives that vividly illustrate the cause and effect of project delays. This revolutionary approach is particularly impactful now that Building Information Modelling (BIM) is becoming a contractual requirement, providing a comprehensive visual tool that enhances legal and arbitration processes.
