SAAS FORENSIC SCHEDULE ANALYTICS PTE. LTD and our affiliates worldwide (collectively referred to as “FSA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) understand the importance of privacy to you.

This Privacy Statement summarises the personal information that we may collect, how we may use this information, and other important topics related to your privacy and data protection.
We are committed to complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, as we believe in earning and maintaining the trust of our customers, business partners, and others who share their personal information with us.

This Privacy Statement applies to all websites and mobile applications (“apps”) operated by or on behalf of FSA, as well as personal information that we may collect

  1. through our products and services,
  2. when you interact with us in person, by phone, or at events like trade shows or training; and
  3. from our customers, distributors, suppliers, vendors, and other business partners (“Business Partners”).

Different FSA websites, apps, products, and services may have different purposes and features. If additional or different disclosures are needed for a specific website, app, product, or service, we provide these disclosures (“Specific Privacy Statements”) separately with the relevant website, app, product, or service. These specific privacy disclosures, policies, or statements supplement and amend this Privacy Statement.

1. General Principles of FSA’s Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

In this Privacy Statement, “personal data” or “personal information” refers to any information about an individual that can be identified from that information alone or in combination with other information that we may have access to, such as name, address, phone number, email address, identification numbers, location data, and online identifiers.

“Processing” or “process” refers to any operation performed on personal information, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, acquisition, holding, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

To the extent required by applicable law, wherever FSA collects personal information, we will:

  2. collect your personal information only for specified and legitimate purposes, ensuring that the information we collect is relevant, adequate, and not excessive for the purposes for which it was collected;
  3. process your personal information in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was collected or to which you have consented;
  4. take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and, where necessary, kept up to date;
  5. take appropriate measures, through contract or otherwise, to provide adequate protection for personal information that is disclosed to a third party or transferred to another country, including transfers within

FSA gives you the option to decide what personal information you share with them. However, if you choose not to provide certain information that is requested, the FSA may not be able to offer you the relevant services or features on their website, app, or product.

2. Personal Information FSA Collects

FSA may collect the following types of personal information:

Information You Provide:

  1. Contact information, including your name, company name, job title, address, email address, and phone number
  2. Additional information about you as a customer, such as gender, age, date of birth, nationality, marital status, details of any dependents you have, employment history, professional associations, and registration numbers
  3. Information about how you use their products and your demographic information
  4. Financial information needed to process sales and purchases, including credit card or account information and tax identification numbers
  5. Log-in information, including social media account information for login purposes
  6. Comments, questions, opinions, requests, and orders or sales you may make
  7. Regenerate response
  8. To better understand you as a customer, we might like to gather some additional information about you. This may include your gender, age, date of birth, nationality, marital status, details of any dependents you have, your employment history, any professional associations you belong to and any registration numbers you may have, information about how you use our products, and demographic information.

Information from Business Partners and other Third Parties:

  1. FSA collects personal information through our Business Partners. This information may include contact information, such as name, company name, job title, address, email address, phone number, education, purchase and sale information.
  2. FSA also obtains personal information from other third-party sources, including publicly and commercially available sources.

Information Automatically Gathered from Your Device:

  1. Device identifiers, browser type, pages you view, and the general manner of navigating the site
  2. Location data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, and date and time of your visit
  3. Server logs for system administration purposes

They may also automatically collect and analyse data about your usage of their product, including technical logs, frequency of logins, number of models deployed, and feature usage and engagement. This data is referred to as “User Metrics.”

In addition, the FSA may automatically collect and analyse data that describes your customer data, models, and projects. This includes data points such as dataset summary statistics, dataset size, project type, model accuracy metrics, run times, project and model flags or errors, specific models and blueprints run, and the parameters of such models and blueprints. This data is referred to as “Metadata.”

All of this information is collected automatically from your device and web browser through the use of cookies and similar technologies.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

A “cookie” is a small file of information that is stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies and similar technologies are used to enhance your user experience by saving your preferences and personalising your online experience.

In some jurisdictions, you must provide your consent before certain cookies can be used when you visit FSA websites. If you access an FSA website from one of these jurisdictions, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that provides information about your options and allows you to accept or reject such cookies. 4. How FSA Uses Your Personal Information

FSA uses your personal information to:

  1. Develop and manage our relationships with you and our Business Partners. This includes:
  1. delivering services or carrying out transactions that you have requested;
  2. providing information about FSA products, services, transactions, and advertisements, that may be of interest to you;
  3. providing you a more consistent experience in interacting with FSA, including by learning more about you and how you use and interact with FSA websites, apps, products, and services;
  4. planning, managing, and performing under our contractual relationships with you; and
  5. providing after-sales support to you.

b. If you would like to join the FSA team you may submit your resume and other information to apply for a job with us either through our sites or via email to an official FSA email address. We use the information you submit solely for the purposes of considering applications and recruitment (and for purposes of our administration or management if you commence work for us), and not to market to you.

c. Communicate with you. This includes:

  1. informing you of FSA  products, services, events and promotional activities that you requested or may be of interest to you;
  2. providing information about relevant FSA  products, services, and transactions, including, for example, pricing information, technical data, invoice, shipping, or production information, warranty or recall information, or information about product or service improvements;
  3. responding to questions or inquiries that you make, including customer service requests; and
  4. inviting you to participate in, or informing you of the results of, customer satisfaction or market research surveys.

d. Provide and improve our websites, apps, products, and services. This includes:

  1. customising them to your preferences or interests, making them more compatible with your technology, or otherwise making them easier to use;
  2. maintaining the security of and otherwise protecting them; and
  3. and developing new websites, apps, products and services.

e. Address legal issues. This includes:

  1. complying with our obligations to retain certain business records for defined retention periods;
  2. establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims;
  3. complying with laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal process;
  4. detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, intellectual property infringement, violation of our contracts or agreements, violations of law, or other misuse of FSA  websites, apps, products or services; and
  5. protecting FSA’s rights or property, or yours or others’ health, safety, welfare, rights, or property.

f. Manage office visitors. If you visit an FSA office, we may collect personal information about you, including, but not limited to, your title, name, address, phone number, email address, business or company affiliation, government identification (IC, driver’s license, passport), and other details you provide. We process this information for a variety of purposes, including to generally manage your visit, to verify your identity, to provide access to our facilities and systems, for security and other safety purposes, to communicate with you regarding your visit, to provide information we believe may be of interest to you, including regarding our services, for purposes disclosed at the time a visitor provides Personal Information or otherwise with consent.

g. Process with your consent. We also use your personal information for other uses consistent with the context in which the information was collected or with your consent. Where you provide us with the personal data of any other individual, you confirm that you have notified the individual of the purposes to which you are providing FSA with that third party’s personal data and you have obtained the person’s consent or that you are legally authorised to consent on their behalf to providing FSA with that person’s personal data.

In certain jurisdictions, consent is the primary ground on which personal data may be processed by an organisation. In those jurisdictions, processing personal data in connection with the performance of a contract or legitimate purposes is not recognised as an accepted ground on which personal data may be processed.  Accordingly, if you are a resident in such a jurisdiction, you agree that consent will be the ground on which FSA will process your personal data instead of performance of a contract or legitimate purposes. 

Note: that we can anonymise or aggregate any of the information we collect and use it for any purpose, including for research and product-development purposes. Such information will not identify you individually.

5. When We Share Your Personal Information

We will not disclose your personal information except under a lawful and measured basis as follows:

  1. With other FSA entities. We share your personal information with other FSA entities, including those in different countries. When we do so, these other FSA entities will use your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Statement, any applicable Specific Privacy Statements, and all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
  2. Support services. We may share your personal information with third parties we hire to perform support services for us. These third parties are required to use the personal information we share with them only to perform services on our behalf and to treat your personal information in compliance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
  3. Business partners. In some cases, we will share your personal information with third parties who partner with us to provide products and services to our customers. If we do so, we require these third parties to use that information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Statement, any applicable Specific Privacy Statements, and all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
  4. Legal obligations. We will also share your personal information with third parties when we have a good faith and belief that disclosure is necessary:
  1. to comply with a law, regulation, court order, or other legal process;
  2. to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, intellectual property infringement, violation of our Contracts or Agreements, violation of law, or other misuse of FSA websites, apps, products or services;

e. Sale of business. In the event that our business is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser’s adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.

f. With permission/at your request. We will also share your information with your permission or at your request.

g. Anonymously. We may share anonymised or aggregated information internally and with third parties for any purpose. Such information will not identify you individually.

6. Cross-Border Transfer

Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where FSA has offices or data centres, hosted services, or engages external service providers. This may include transferring your personal information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection and data processing laws and requirements than those in your country of residence. Any such transfer by FSA will be in accordance with all applicable data protection laws, but please be aware that the laws and practices for protecting personal information in other countries may be different and in some cases may be weaker than those in your home jurisdiction. Regardless, we will always apply the provisions of this Privacy Statement to your personal information wherever it is located.

7. Security of Your Personal Information

FSA takes security very seriously and has measures in place to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your personal information. While we use security measures to help prevent unauthorised disclosure of your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet and cannot be held responsible for breaches of security that are beyond our control.

8. Retention of Your Personal Information

There are certain legal requirements that dictate how long we must keep certain types of data. We will retain your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, but in any case, we will only keep it for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected. The length of time we keep your personal information will depend on the purpose and use of the information collected.

We do not collect or process the personal data of children who are under the minimum age required by applicable local laws.

10. Links to Other Websites

There may be links on our website or app to other apps, plugins, or websites that are not owned or controlled by FSA. We are not responsible for the security or privacy of any information collected by these apps or websites. You should be cautious and review the privacy statements of any third-party websites or services you use. The use of online tracking mechanisms by these third-party websites and services is governed by their own privacy policies, not by this Privacy Statement.

These rights may be limited in some cases, such as if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete information that we are required by law to keep or have legitimate interests in keeping.

Data Controller 

The data controller for your information will be FSA and the relevant affiliated entity in your country, as applicable.

In most cases, we are the data controller for personal data. However, there may be instances where we are hired by Business Partners to provide them with processing services for personal data. In these cases, the Business Partner’s collection and use of your personal data is governed by their own privacy policies, and we rely on their assurances that we are permitted to process personal data as they have requested or shown.

We will only share your personal information for specific, identified purposes. If your personal information is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) to an FSA affiliate or to a company in a country that has not been deemed adequate by the European Union (EU) Commission, your personal data will be protected by EU Commission-approved safeguards for cross-border data transfer, such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Statement when we add new features or functionality to our products or services. Any updates will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website or app. These updates will apply to all the information we have about you unless we need your consent for the update. You are free to choose whether or not you accept the updated version of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the updates, you must stop using our website or app.
